I was around 5 years old, attending a great primary school in Wantage UK, (take a look at them here: http://bit.ly/a4G7OF) One of the things they always used to do, is have a ‘fake birthday party’ for kids on their birthday, no real cake, but the kids got to blow out a candle! Exciting!
